Independent Regenerative Designer, Sustainability Innovator & Founder of Earthvoice

Kinga founded Earthvoice to help aggregate the latest regenerative thinking and to amplify sustainability mission and credentials of bold ecotourism projects, artisanal businesses and adventurous start-ups. This Franco-British company offers innovative creative writing and digital design solutions.
She is a passionate, award-winning eco designer and innovator. A published writer and a creator of holistic regenerative programs. Her personal quest for unlocking a magic formula of the environments that elevate wellbeing, happiness and performance led her to studying ecological and vernacular design, Neurolinguistic Programming, NLP and diverse ancient philosophies and healing arts. These include Transcendental Meditation, TM, Reiki and Yoga and all kinds of nature-based pursuits that foster all-around wellness.
She innovated and established various interactive eco interpretation and leisure spaces that inspire, uplift and educate at the same time.
Inspired herself by the visionary art and human architecture of Buckminster Fuller and Hundertwasser, Kinga’s work draws on the cutting-edge concepts and styles that seamlessly merge nature with heritage and technology.

“I have always felt the resonance of nature and promoted what’s been singled out and framed as nature-based solutions since the 1990s. An-optimism-filled era that had shaped my growth as an environmental and social systems thinker that I am today. I specialise in designing templates that turn high end hospitality businesses into 360° holistic and regenerative operations.”
To accelerate innovation and promote the best regenerative models and practices in ecotourism, Kinga co-authored the book “A Big Strategy: In times of Crisis. A Model to Help Regenerate The Environment, Community And Sustainable Economy.” This 2012 seminal work compiled pioneering green business models and climate change solutions introduced, for the first time, in 2004 (in the UK) that have helped shift the environmental and climate thinking and action across the globe. Here are some innovations that have gone viral and continue to inspire a new generation of more eco and climate savvy changemakers:
- The 3-prong approach and a framework for addressing climate change through a rapid and streamlined country-wide systemic greening – taken up and ratified into the Paris Climate Accord
- Creation of Environmental Templates for solving problems and broad extrapolation of results at pace and scale
- Integrated sustainability approach and joined-up thinking to solve multifaceted problems –promoted as part of third way
- Green action and learning spaces for society-wide renewal where social enhancement and lifestyle improvements become an inevitable by-product
- Concept of incremental solutions, as a part of an integrated/interlinked solution web-like structure to solve many problems at the same time
- Regeneration Programme for London inc. free entry to congestion zone for eco vehicles (known as Ultra Low Emission Zone for EVs) and Bikes-share (renamed as ‘Boris bikes’)
- Ecological grading scheme for cars being sold in show rooms
- Reduction in car tax on the basis of ecological credentials
Her award-winning regenerative tourism and social enterprise work led to developing and applying practical socio-economic answers to National Parks in Latin America, South Africa and Asia. Many of her green concepts and strategies were either translated into initiatives, policies or gains by governments, universities and small businesses. In the UK and Spain she initiated her own award-winning green start-ups. She co-founded a Centre for Natural Design & Innovation in Almeria, Spain where she trained and coached international volunteers, including heads of NGOs and laypeople in becoming highly effective generalists in the emerging art of regeneration.

“My focus is on optimising (rain)forest conservation, ecotourism models and social enterprise projects that accelerate positive and ecological transition. Integrated sustainability and climate approaches, that I innovated and apply, enable tourism ventures and communities to become more prosperous by establishing their own optimal holistic model of development in harmony with nature and the indigenous way of life. A portfolio of bespoke and beautifully crafted win-win programs not only boosts ventures’ reputational and financial gain, it positions them for long-term success.”
An active member of various progressive media and marketing, and ecotourism and wellness platforms, she works closely with social influencers and healthy lifestyle celebrity coaches including Chef Dorit, a personal mentor to a tennis player Serena Williams.
England became Kinga’s adopted home where she graduated in Environmental sciences following her upbringing in Poland. As a keen traveller, she has visited 37 countries and lived in 5. A qualified ecologist and multilingual ethnobotanical researcher, and a soon-to-become IGA certified interpretive guide, she has led groups in Europe and lives between France and the UK.
