Production Capability
Their current manufacturing output stands upon a long-standing network of professional and dependable Tenthouse-certified suppliers and contract manufacturers.
The Tenthouse DFMA process (designed for manufacture and assembly) is a 360-degree quality management system carefully honed over the last 15 years. The DFMA process deploys from design and engineering project activity through manufacturing, integrated logistics, and on-site services.
Tenthouse Structures 5-year business plan provides – inter alia – a substantial investment program for the completion of two additional manufacturing facilities, to further strengthen their production capacity and efficiencies, in both South Africa and the USA. This investment program will be deployed over a 2-years period, in support of their continued expansion to a forecast 1,000+ tents per annum by 2027.
