Eco Resort Network has been contacted by a passionate tourism student who is seeking an internship within the sustainable hospitality sector – and the network’s global community of eco resorts could provide the perfect match.
Nahim Jeanjean, a French student currently studying Tourism and Hospitality Management, is looking for a three-month internship beginning in September 2026 as part of his university degree.
With a long-term ambition to create and manage his own ecolodge, Nahim is keen to gain practical experience within a property that places sustainability, environmental responsibility and regenerative practices at the heart of its operations.
Nahim is currently undertaking a university exchange programme in New Zealand, where he will remain until July 2026. As his internship must start in September, he is particularly interested in opportunities within the Pacific region or Southeast Asia, although he would welcome hearing from any eco resorts open to hosting a motivated international student.
Despite being French, Nahim has spent much of his life living abroad, including time in Ethiopia, Madagascar, Spain and now New Zealand, experiences which he says have helped him develop strong intercultural awareness and adaptability.
He is trilingual in French, Spanish and English and is comfortable working within international teams.
