Co-founder of Basecamp eco-resorts
Nicola Lampis is co-founder of Basecamp Eco-resorts and leads the company’s development activities across Southern Europe. He is closely involved in the growth and placemaking of Basecamp’s projects in Sardinia, including Basecamping Tonnara and Basecamping Pula, as well as the new Rome development currently in progress.
His work focuses on creating inspiring hospitality destinations with strong local identity, combining hospitality, culture, storytelling, regenerative thinking and destination development.
Within Basecamp, Nicola also plays an active role in implementing AI-driven systems and automations across the group, helping the company scale while maintaining its creative and entrepreneurial character.
Together with local teams and partners, he focuses on transforming unique places into destinations that continuously evolve and create long-term value for both guests and local communities.
